are many methods of grout cleaning. Some companies use phosphorous acid
with high pressure extraction which if not used correctly, can damage your
grout & tile. Other companies use hand scrub brushing with phosphorous acid
then recommend re-staining the grout for a more even look. You're
esstentially paying twice the cost.
Our
method cleans grout lines with 296 degree low pressure vapor. No harsh,
toxic chemicals! The heat of the vapor will not harm surrounding furniture,
baseboards, walls, cabinets and carpet. As we clean your grout and tile we
are sanitizing, and deodorizing.

Machines are available for rent
at our Scottsdale, AZ office location.

grout and tile cleaning. Plan to spend at least 20 minutes on training.
